Yoga Mats

A yoga mat provides a stable and comfortable surface to practice on, cushioning your joints and providing grip for better balance and stability during poses.

Blocks or Bricks

Yoga blocks or bricks are props that can be used to modify and support various poses. They assist in achieving proper alignment, especially for those who may have limited flexibility or need additional support.

Straps

Yoga straps are helpful for participants who have difficulty reaching certain poses due to limited flexibility or tightness in muscles. Straps can be used to extend your reach and hold poses comfortably.

Bolsters

Bolsters are firm yet supportive pillows that can be used to provide comfort and help in relaxing during restorative poses or meditation. They can also assist in deepening stretches.

Blankets

Quality yoga blankets can provide additional cushioning, warmth, and support during your practice. They can be used to sit on, support the body, cushion joints, or to provide warmth during final relaxation.

Eye pillows

Eye pillows are used for relaxation and to block out light during restorative poses or meditation. They can help to calm the mind and promote deep relaxation.
